摘要
对8项典型管理创新事件进行探索性研究,探析管理创新知识的4类知识构成及获取机理。其中,概念性知识属显性知识,可通过弱连接范式实现由外向内简单转移;技术性知识或诀窍知识和情境知识为隐性知识,分别借助强连接范式实现由外向内和自下而上转移;创新性知识是创新成功的关键,亦属隐性知识,主要通过以内部创新团队为主导的强连接范式创造而来。
This paper adopts exploratory study on eight cases of typical management innovations to specify four knowledge component of management innovation and relevant acquisition mechanism. The results indicate that. conceptual knowledge, a sort of explicit knowledge, is mainly transferred inwardly through external strong links of an organization; technological or know-how knowledge and contextual knowledge, belonging to tacit knowledge, are acquired by external strong links and inter- nal strong links respectively; creative knowledge, the key for success of management innovation, is of tacit knowledge formulated through internal innovation-team dominated strong links.
