射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛258例的体会

目的：阐述射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛的方法及适应证。方法：用射频穿刺针经皮穿刺达卵圆孔内半月神经节处，连接射频热凝仪及相配套电极作控温加热VⅠ支70℃以下射频热凝（为了预防麻痹性角膜炎发生，我们一般采用眶上孔处眶上神经射频热凝术，一般给予75～80℃射频热凝．这样比较安全。），VⅡ、VⅢ支一般70～75℃射频热凝，热凝三又神经相关感觉支。结果：总有效率99．33％，无效0．77％，复发率1．94％。结论：射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛安全，适应证广，效果显著。
