摘要
目的：为药房工作人员提供参考并提高门诊药房调剂准确性和安全性。方法：对我院门诊药房2010年-2012年外包装相似的药品进行统计，并对因包装相似药品导致的调剂隐患进行分析。结果：共发现25对外包装相似的药品，相似内容包括图案、颜色、包装尺寸等，因其包装相似造成的调剂隐患共47次。结论：加强对外包装相似的药品的管理，并采取相应预防措施以消除因药品外包装相似而造成的调剂隐患。
Objective ： Providing reference for pharmacists and enhancing the dispensing accuracy and ensuring dispensing security. Methods ： Investigation was conducted on drugs with similar outer package in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital from 2010 to 2012 and analyzing the hidden drug dispensing damage caused by these drugs. Results：25 pairs of drugs were found to be of similar outer package in pattern, color or the size of package etc, which resulted in hidden dispensing danger in 47 cases. Conclusion： Strengthening management on these drugs is very necessary and taking countermeasures to avoid the hidden dispensing danger in advance.
