双源CT血管成像在缺血性脑卒中的应用评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析双源CT血管成像在缺血性脑卒中的应用评价。方法:选取18例缺血性脑卒中患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:18例患者中,9例患者为大脑中动脉狭窄症状,4例患者为颈内动脉虹吸段出现狭窄症状,2例患者为大脑后动脉出现狭窄症状,2例患者为大脑前动脉出现狭窄症状,1例患者为基底动脉出现狭窄症状;CT灌注图像对比于正常对照区,脑梗死区脑血容量以及脑血流量均显著降低,平均通过时间明显增加,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双源CT血管成像在缺血性脑卒中具有较高的应用价值,值得在缺血性脑卒中临床上推广应用。
