摘要 hina has been developing at a rapid pace in recent years, and that has been forcing residents to cope with intense daily pressures a^d incredibly tight work schedules, which in turn has beenleaving them feeling nervous and emotionally tired. Also, due to their poor lifestyles (such as irregular mealtimes, lack of exercise and/or staylng up late), many Chinese now suffer from a condition referred to as"subhealth" -- a borderline state between health and diseae.
