摘要
为了研究涡轮机出口旋流对催化器CFD分析结果的影响,本文利用FIRE软件对某涡轮增压器汽油机在考虑旋流与未考虑旋流两种方案下进行了CFD分析。结果表明:考虑涡轮机出口旋流,催化器入口的速度均匀性系数更高,催化器的压力损失更低。
In order to study the influence of the CFD analysis on vortex at turbine exit to the catalytic converter, this paper analyzes two schemes with FIRE software. In one of schemes, the vortex of the turbocharged gasoline engine is considered. The results show that the coefficient of ve- locity uniformity at the catalytic converter entrance is much better and the pressure loss is lower.
