摘要
为满足光伏直流断路器电性能测试要求,研制一种光伏直流断路器电寿命检测试验装置。介绍了该装置结构框图。其中电压可调整流系统提供电压DC800~1200V、最大直流电流达400A,控制系统执行操作指令设置和实施,自动操作机械手模拟人力对断路器进行分/合闸操作,可调负载阻抗实现断路器负载试验电流,独立的测量系统对实际试验参数进行测量和记录。通过案例的实际应用,测试结果表明,检测装置各项技术指标及波形完全符合直流电器电寿命的测试要求。
In order to meet the test requirement of the electrical performance of photovoltaic DC circuit breaker, an electrical life test device for photovoltaic DC circuit breaker was developed. The structure diagram of the electrical life test device was introduced. The adjustable voltage rectification system provides a DC power of the maximum current value of 400 A with the voltage value of DC 800 - 1 200 V. The control system is used to set up the operating order and to carry out the test. The automatic mechanical operating means simulates the manpower to close and open the circuit breakers. The adjustable load impedance is used to provide the load test current for the circuit breakers. The independent measurement system is used to measure and record the actual test data. Through the actual application of example, the test results show that the various technical indicators and waveform of detection device completely conform to the electric life testing requirements of the DC electrical appliance.
