摘要
拉弯矫生产线能有效地消除带材的波浪和翘曲等板型缺陷,在高精度的板带材生产中得到了广泛的应用。重点分析了铝带材拉弯矫生产线的张力控制和延伸率控制原理,同时给出了动态卷径计算的方法。
Stretching-bending straightening line is now widely used in production of sheet and strip with high precision. The principle of tension control and elongation control of stretching-bending straightening line for aluminum strip were analyzed. The calculation method of dynamic coil diameter was put forward.
