安徽省各行业水资源消耗及部门综合关联度分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Water Resources Consumption and Integrated Relation in Various Sectors of Anhui Province

摘要 安徽省大量的农业用水已构成了对其它行业生产用水的威胁,影响了全省经济的协调发展,合理调节水资源的配置非常重要。文章依据2007年安徽省水资源公报及投入产出表等统计资料,应用投入产出分析方法,计算并分析了安徽省国民经济各行业部门水资源消耗系数及综合关联程度。结果表明:农业不是安徽省主导产业;安徽省在水资源配置上应降低农业用水量,寻求方向发展节水型农业;同时加大力度发展拥有高影响力的主导型工业;从合理性出发,调整建筑业及第三产业用水量,将发展重心放到提高水资源利用效率上去。 The heavy consumption of water for agriculture in Anhui Province has posed a threat to oth- er industries, affecting the coordinated economic development of Anhui Province. Therefore, the ra- tional adjustment of water resources allocation is very important. According to the statistical data of water resources bulletin and input-output table of Anhui Province in 2007, the water resources con- sumption coefficient and integrated relation in various sectors of Anhui Province are calculated and studied by using the input-output analysis method. The results are as follows: agriculture is not the leading industry of Anhui Province; in view of the allocation of water resources, the agricultural water consumption in Anhui Province should be reduced and the water-saving agriculture should be devel- oped; the high impact leading industry should be further developed; the water consumption for the construction industry and tertiary industry should be regulated reasonably and the water-use efficiency should be enhanced.
