Research on Technical Innovation Ability of Colleges and Universities in Anhui Province Based on Patents Analysis

高校的科技创新能力对于安徽创新型省份的建设至关重要。专利是衡量高校科技创新能力的重要指标之一。文章在分析安徽省高校的专利申请总量、专利结构以及专利生命周期系数的基础上,研究安徽省高校的科技创新能力,据此提出促进安徽省高校科技创新能力进一步提升的对策、建议。

The technical innovation ability of colleges and universities is very important to the innova- tion construction in Anhui Province. Patent is one of the important indices for measuring the technical innovation ability of colleges and universities. In this paper, the technical innovation ability of colleges and universities in Anhui Province is explored based on the analysis of the amount of patent applica- tion, the structure of patents and the life cycle coefficient of patents. Then corresponding strategies and suggestions to enhance the technical innovation ability of colleges and universities in Anhui Prov- ince are made.
