安徽省新型城镇化与农业现代化协调发展研究

Research on Coordinated Development of New Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization of Anhui Province

新型城镇化是我国新时期发展的红利,实现新型城镇化与农业现代化协调发展是加快安徽省经济发展、改变城乡二元结构的必由之路。文章在对安徽省新型城镇化和农业现代化发展现状进行分析的基础上,构建反映二者内涵的指标体系,通过主成分分析法分别计算二者的综合发展水平,并运用空间描述方法对安徽省新型城镇化和农业现代化的协调发展程度进行测度。结果表明:城乡一体化对促进新型城镇化和农业现代化发展有重要作用,安徽省新型城镇化和农业现代化整体水平都有待提高,但各市实际情况不尽相同,需区别对待,采取不同的对策促进其新型城镇化与农业现代化的协调发展。

New urbanization is the dividend of Chinese development in the new era. Implementing the coordinated development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization is the key way to acceler- ate the economic development and change the urban-rural dual structure in Anhui Province. Based on the development status of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Anhui, this paper builds the index system to reflect their connotation, calculates their comprehensive development level by the way of principal component analysis, and measures the degree of the coordinated development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Anhui by space description method. The results show that the urban and rural integration plays an important role in the development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization. The overall level of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in Anhui is to be improved. Considering the actual situation in various regions, different measures are required to promote the coordinated development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization.
