摘要
企业人力资源管理外包实施后形成的影响主要包括:对企业员工的影响和对企业组织管理的影响、对企业文化传递的影响。这些影响分为有利和不利两个方面,企业应该认真重视研究这些影响,以提高自身在人事、技术、资源等方面的管理水平,降低企业成本,促进企业发展。
The implementation of human resource management outsourcing of the enterprise has effects on the employees, the organization and management of the enterprise and the transmission of enter- prise culture. The enterprise should pay attention to these effects, which have both favorable and un- favorable aspects, so as to promote the enterprise development by the improvement of personnel, technology and resource management as well as cost reduction.
