摘要
介绍了采用卧式离心铸造生产高Cr铸铁轧辊的工艺流程。通过合理选择化学成分及对轧辊进行高温淬火和二次回火热处理,得到了主要是屈氏体+马氏体的基体组织,奥氏体体积分数小于5%,碳化物以M7C3型为主,辊身硬度满足要求。由于在工作层高Cr铸铁与芯部球铁之间设置了中间层,确保芯部材料的w(Cr)量在0.5%以下,使芯部球铁的抗拉强度达到了450 MPa以上。轧辊投入生产结果显示,未发生因轧辊质量问题而影响正常生产,轧辊的耐磨性和抗损坏能力优良,获得了客户的认可。
The production process of using horizontal centrifugal casting process to produce high Cr cast iron roller was introduced.As the result of using rational chemical composition and conducting high temperature quenching and two times tempering treatment,the matrix structure of roller was consisted mainly of troostite + martensite with austenite content less 5%,the carbide type was mainly of M7C3,the hardness of roller body met requirement.Since setting the intermediate layer between the high Cr cast iron working layer and nodular iron core,it was ensured that the Cr content of the core material was less than 0.5%,and the tensile strength of the nodular iron core material reached 450 MPa and higher.The result of putting the roller into productive application showed that the roller had no quality problem influencing normal production,its wear resistance and anti-failure ability was excellent and therefore,the roller has been approved by the clients.
