摘要 介绍了磨辊铸件结构及技术要求.通过设计恰当的化学成分,采用开放式浇注系统和近似椭圆形冒口以及采用碱性酚醛树脂砂造型,浇注温度控制在l 380~1 400℃,并且严格按照工艺要求进行操作,最终生产的铸件硬度高、外观好、尺寸合格,硬度值达到60 HRC以上.此外,由于采取倾斜浇注的方法,大大提高了工艺出品率. The configuration and technical requirements of grinding roller casting were introduced.By designing proper composition,using non-pressured gating system and oblong-like riser,using alkaline phenol resin sand for molding,and controlling pouring temperature in the range of 1 380~1 400 ℃,as well as operating strictly according to the process procedure,the finally produced castings have high hardness,good surface quality,correct dimensions,having hardness reaching 60 HRC and higher.Besides,since pouring was carried out with the mold being tilted,the process yield rate was obviously increased.
