卧式铣镗床工作台铸造缺陷的防止措施

摘要 介绍了TPX619B卧式铣镗床工作台的铸件结构及技术要求.对台面出现的疏松、缩松和硬度偏低的问题进行了分析,并采取相应的改进措施:增设和改进冒口;在正常浇注后向明冒口再次补浇高温铁液;调整出铁温度和浇注温度.最终生产的铸件硬度达到180~220 HB;铸件严重疏松缺陷情况(4级及以下)基本杜绝,铸件的合格率达到98%. The construction and technical requirement of the working table casting of the TPX619XB model horizontal miller was introduced.The problems with the open structure,shrinkage porosities occurring in the table surface and its hardness being on the low side were analyzed,and relevant improving measures were proposed including:setting additional improved risers;repouring hot iron melt into the open riser after the normal pouring;adjusting tapping temperature and pouring temperature.As the result,the hardness of the finally produced castings reached 180~220 HB,the severe open structure (4 class and lower) has been basically eliminated,the approving rate of castings reached 98%.
