摘要
轧机振动是世界范围内普遍存在的问题。针对某大型连轧机在轧制薄规格带钢时辊系发生严重水平振动现象,设计一种液压振动抑制器,在辊系轴承座侧面施加振动载荷来抑制辊系的振动,利用MATLAB软件对液压振动抑制器的动态特性进行了仿真研究,结果表明该系统具有良好的辊系振动抑制效果。
Hot certain large hot strip strip rolling mill vibration is a common problem in the world. Aiming at the vibration problem of a rolling mill, a hydraulic vibration suppressor was designed. It was placed in the lateral direction at the bearing base of the rolling mill to suppress the system's vibration. The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic vibration suppressor was simulated with the software MATLAB. The results showed that this device has a good vibration- suppression effect on a strip rolling mill.
