摘要
本文根据70年代以来我国进行的3小麦品质的评定结果分析,指出当前我国小麦品质的现状、存在问题及发展对策,以期推动我国优质小麦品种的研究与开发。
This paper analysed the results of three times' assessments of Chinese wheat quality since 70's and indicated the present situation, problems and developing strategy in order to promote the research and development of high quality wheat varieties.
