摘要
在紫外光固化体系中引入非紫外光固化的热塑性丙烯酸酯树脂作为辅助成膜物。讨论了其对体系成膜附着力、柔韧性、硬度、光泽的影响。实验结果表明:选择合适相对分子质量的热塑性丙烯酸酯树脂可以改善紫外光固化涂料的附着力和柔韧性等漆膜性能。
In UV-curing system, the non-UV curing thermoplastic acrylate resin were introduced as auxiliary film- forming material. The influences of thermoplastic acrylate resin on the adhesion, flexibility, hardness, gloss of film were discussed. The test results showed that the thermoplastic acrylate resin with appropriate molecular weight can improve the adhesion and flexibility etc. of UV curing coatings.
