山东省淘汰落后产能面临的机遇、问题和对策研究

A Research on Opportunities, Problems and Countermeasures of Elimination of Backward Production Capacity in Shandong Province

淘汰落后产能作为调整优化产业结构的重要手段,对促进产业转型升级、提高生产力水平、保持国民经济持续健康发展具有重大意义。本文在全面总结山东淘汰落后产能取得初步成效的基础上,分析了做好淘汰落后产能工作面临的新任务和新考验,提出了进一步加大工作创新力度、推进落后产能淘汰的对策建议。

The elimination of backward production capacity which is an important measure to adjust and optimize the industrial structure, can promote industrial transformation and upgrading, improve productivity, and maintain sustained and healthy development of economic. This paper summarizes the achieved initial results of eliminating backward production capacity in Shandong Province, analyses the new tasks and challenges of this work, and put forward to increase innovation to eliminate backward production capacity.
