摘要
科学发展观是社会发展、经济发展和自然生态发展的统一,技术创新生态化也是当前时代科技发展的必经之路。本文从科学发展观内涵中的发展的要义,以人为本的核心理念以及全面、协调和可持续发展的等方面对技术创新生态化进行解读,并找到技术创新生态化和科学发展观的契合点。进而从思想观念上、技术层面上及制度层面上探析技术创新生态化的实现路径。
The scientific development view is the uniform of social development, economic development and ecological development. The ecological technology innovation is the only road of science and technology development in the current era. It is important to understand the development discipline, human-oriented core idea, comprehensive and continuous and sustainable development in the connotation of scientific development view. And these understandings will help us to find an integrating point for both ecological technology innovation and scientific development view. Furthermore, this paper explores and analyses the realizing route of ecological technology innovation from the ideological concept, the technical level and the institutional level.
