摘要
饭店的员工培训 ,会使有限的人才 ,发挥最大的能量。经营者希冀通过培训 ,提高从业人员的素质 ,从而增加盈利 ,但培训效果常常不够理想 ,培训目标只能部分地实现。只有确立长远观点 ,建立科学的培训体系 ,正确而恰当地处理培训中出现的各类问题 ,才能实现培训的最大功效 ,使饭店的总体目标在每一位员工的工作中得以实现。
Hotel staff training can bring limited persons of ability into full play. Operators hope to improve staff quality through training, thus increasing the profit. However, the results are not always ideal the goal of training can only be realized partly. The best efficiency of training and the overall goal of a hotel can be realized only through every staff's work, and by establishing a long\|term viewpoint and scientific training system, and handling correctly and properly different problems appeared in the training.
