A Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Energy:Conservation in Shandong Province

党的十八大和十八届三中全会对完善发展成果考核评价体系,推行节能量交易等工作,都提出了明确的要求。为深入贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届三中全会精神,本文围绕推行节能量交易、完善节能考核体系、发展节能服务业等关键问题进行了深入思考,在此基础上,提出了建立制度、深化改革、加快发展的有关意见和建议。

The Eighteenth National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of CCP put forward to make clear a requirement on how to improve the achievement evaluation system development and promote energy saving transaction and so on. This paper will talk about some key problems including implementation of energy saving transaction, improvement of energy-saving evaluation system, the development of energy-saving service industry, and continue to put forward opinions and suggestions to establish the system, deepen the reform, and speed up the development.
