摘要
在文献分析和深度访谈的基础上,构建了山东半岛蓝色经济区人才生态环境竞争力评价指标体系,用层次分析法对各个指标的权重进行了赋值,并采用模糊综合评价方法对山东半岛蓝色经济区人才生态环境竞争力进行了评价。
On the basis of literature review and depth interview, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of the talent’s ecological environmental competitiveness of Shandong peninsula blue economic zone. The weight of each index is assigned by the method of AHP. At last, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model on the talent’s ecological environmental competitiveness of Shandong peninsula blue economic zone is established.
