摘要
校本培训被证实为最经济、有效的一种教师培训模式。对上海A大学国际汉语教师校本培训开展个案调查,发现现存问题并探究成因,进而从校内动员、课程设置、评估反馈、人员激励、特色创新五个方面提出通过完善相应机制保障地方理工类院校国际汉语师资培训的策略。
School-based training is proved to be one of the most effective and efficient teacher training methods.Existing problems and reasons is to be found by a survey of international Chinese teacher training in Shanghai A University.Strategies will be made to grantee the international Chinese teacher training in local engineering and polytechnic universities by improving relevant mechanism in five aspects of school-in mobilization,curriculum provision,evaluation and feedback,personnel incentives and featured innovation.
