摘要 采用盆栽法,研究了不同浓度NaCl胁迫对水松Glyptostrobus pensilis幼苗生长表现的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的升高和胁迫时间的延长,水松幼苗的存活率逐渐下降,苗高和分枝生长受到明显的抑制作用。至第83天时收获幼苗,只有对照组(S0)和轻度盐胁迫处理组(S1)仍保留一定数量的苗木,其余处理组的苗木大都死亡。与对照组S0相比,S1处理组幼苗的根冠比增加,但总生物量明显下降。反映了水松幼苗能耐轻度盐胁迫,但不耐高盐度胁迫,可作为珠三角淡水或轻度盐胁迫区滨水绿化植物。 Effects of NaCl stress on the seedling growth of Glyptostrobus pensilis were studied by pot-culture method. The result showed that the survival rates decreased with the intensity of salt stress. The seedling height and branching were inhibited strongly by high intensity of salt stress. At the 83th day, most of the seedlings with concentration 〉 0.25% NaCl died in the treatment. Only under the control (S0) and the treatment with 0.25% NaCl (S1) , there remained sufficient seedlings. By comparison with S0, the root-shoot ratio of S1 increased, but its total biomass decreased significantly. Our findings indicated that Glyptostrobus pensilis can tolerate minor but not high-intensity salt stress, and can be used for the riparian greening in the Pearl River Delta area.
