The paper analyzed what constitutes copyright infringement of a scientific journal and pointed out how a periodical press avoided the risks institutionally. The most necessary way to avoid plagiarism was to require all contributors not only to sign the copyright transfer agreement but also to submit such documents as originality statements and raw data proof. Besides, the standard reference citation was also needed. These were the means to facilitate the healthy and fast spread of scientific research.
