城镇化进程中河南农村教育发展问题研究

A Study of the Development in the Rural Education of Henan Province During the Course of Urbanization

城镇化进程带动教育资源向城市流动,农村教育呈现整体萎缩现象。建设中原经济区,实现中部崛起,必须大力发展农村教育事业,变人口负担为人力资源。城镇化进程中农村教育发展的问题具有经济因素、文化因素、市场因素等深刻根源。构建新型农村教育体系的路径选择要解放思想,全面优化农村老教育资源,加快普及高中阶段教育,大力发展农村职业教育,着力解决农村教师编制问题,倡导"人民教育社会办"的办学理念。

While the urbanization course is leading the education resource to move to the city, the rural educa- tion appears overall contraction phenomenon. For building Central Plains Economic Zone and realizing rise of cen- tral China, it is necessary to vigorously develop the rural education career and chang the population burden into the manpower resource. In the course of urbanization, the development of rural education has the deep roots, such as e- conomic factor, cultural factor, market factor ect. For the way to constructing a new type rural educationsystem, it is necessary to emancipate the mind,overall optmize the rural old education resources, speedly popularize the high school education, vigorously develop the rural vocational education, spare no effort to solve yhr rural teacher＇ s orgnization question and advocate the school - running idea of ＇ the people＇ s education should be run by the society＇.
