城镇化是我国未来20年经济发展的新引擎,也是我国扩大内需的最大潜力所在。中国的城镇化进程中需要大量资金投入,仅仅依靠政府的投资远远不能解决问题,反而会带来诸多问题。充分发挥私幕股权基金的作用有助于解决城镇化进程中的融资问题,既可以为社会进步和经济发展做出贡献,又可以获取预期的经济效益,实现私募股权基金行业的更大更快发展。

The urbanization is the new engine of economic development in the future twenty years in China, where the maximum potential is China to expand domestic demand. Need a lot of money into the urbanization process in China, relying on government investment can not solve the problem, it will bring many problems. In this paper, by analyzing the operation of private equity funds and characteristics, describes how to use the private equity fund into the social capital to participate in urban construction, realize the private equity fund in advancing the process of urbanization ,which can contribute to the social progress and economic development, but also to obtain the expected economic benefits, the private equity fund industry more faster development.
