On the Improvement of the Attractiveness of Ideological Education for Undergraduates

思想政治教育吸引力是提高思想政治教育实效性的前提,但由于社会不良风气的导向,传统思想政治教育在新媒体时代的不适,高校思想政治教育队伍素质不高的消解,思想政治教育在当前呈现出吸引力不强的倾向。净化社会风气,提高政治认同;探索新型思想政治教育关系、目标、内容、方法、载体;建立高素质思想政治教育队伍是提升大学生思想政治教育吸引力的有效策略。

Attractiveness is the prerequisite for improving the effectiveness of ideological education. However, due to the influence of social ills, the unfit traditional ideological education for a new media era and the low quality of the faculty, the present ideclogical education is undermined and is not so attractive to undergraduates. Therefore, to improve the attractiveness of the ideological education, it is of paramount importance and effectiveness to purify the social atmosphere, develop political identification, explore a new type of relationship, target, content, method and carrier, and build up a faculty of high quality.
