对高校科协工作几个问题的认识

从整体上看,我国高校科协工作刚刚起步,虽然有部分高校成立了科协,但绝大部分高校还没有成立科协组织。然而从高校的作用及其在经济社会中的地位看,高校科协具有其独特优势。在繁荣学术、培养人才、活跃思想及打造校园文化等方面有着重要的作用,在社会服务方面具有不可替代的作用。在新形势下,在建设创新型国家的过程中,如何充分发挥高校科协在科技创新和社会经济发展中的作用,是当前一个具有重要意义和实际价值的重大课题。文章就高校科协的现状及需要重视的几个问题进行了阐述。

From the perspective of overall, science associations in our colleges and universities have just started and most colleges and universities have not yet established these associations. However, judging from the university＇s role and its position in the economic seciety, this seianee association has its unique advantages. It plays an important part in prospering academy, cultivating persons of ability, enlivening people＇s thinking and forging eampus cultures. It has an irreplaceable role in serving the society. Under the new situation, in the precess of building an innovation-orieoted country, it is currently a major issue with great signitleanee and practical value that how to give full play to the science associations＇ role in our technological innovation and develonment. this essay elaborates the current situation of these science associations and several issues in need of attention.
