高耗能产业群节能减排进程比较研究——基于产业群循环经济协同发展视角 被引量:5

A Comparative and Empirical Analysis on Energy- saving and Discharge- reducing Progress about the Energy- intensive Industries from the Perspective of Circular Economy Coordinated Development

摘要 基于《中国统计年鉴》产业划分和统计数据,筛选了高耗能产业群,从产业群循环经济协同发展视角,比较分析了近年来高耗能产业群的节能(煤)与二氧化硫减排进程及其相关性。结果表明:高耗能分行业的节能减排进程确实存在差异,由于节能减排成效的显现,二氧化硫排放量逐年下降,即能源消耗增长与二氧化硫排放大都已经脱钩。其意义在于若高耗能产业群节能与减排之间的进程能够协同运行,随着技术进步导致的能耗与减排的脱钩面将不断扩大,节能减排协同效应将对中国工业乃至全国的节能减排工作作出更大贡献。 Owing to energy structure in our country,energy-saving is highly related with discharge-re-ducing.Coal consumption and SO2 emission reducing are typical examples of ESDR.Based on industrial divi-sion and statistic data in Chinese statistical yearbook,EII is selected,and coal consumption,energy saving and SO2 emission reducing progress and relativity about EII and its main coal consumption industries are quantita-tively analyzed.The analyzed results show that the ESDR progress differs in each EII;unhooking between ener-gy assumption and SO2 discharge begin to appear.The significance is,if ESDR may be coordinately carried out in all EII,and unhooking range broaden,it will make great contributions to improving the whole EII’s ESDR progress comprehensively in China.
