摘要 为实现中深孔爆破技术在硬岩巷道快速掘进中的有效应用,在对炮孔深度、掏槽方式、炸药问题等影响因素分析的基础上,结合具体工程情况设计了硬岩中深孔爆破方案,并进行工业试验。通过采用掏槽区底部炸药单耗增强型复楔形掏槽中深孔爆破技术,能够有效克服硬岩掏槽难的问题,提高循环进尺及炮孔利用率。 In order to achieve the effective application of medium-length hole blasting technology in rapid evacuation of hard rock tunnels,the medium-length hole blasting scheme of hard rock has been designed under the specific engineering conditions after analyzing such factors as depth of blasting hole,cutting modes and explosives,etc.,and the concerned industrial experiments have been carried out.Through using the deep hole blasting technology in compound-term wedge cutting which has unit consumption increased explosives at the bottom,the difficulty in hard rock cutting can be overcome and the cyclical footage and the blasting hole can be better utilized.
