摘要
在分析跨国并购的垄断性及对中外反垄断立法进行分析比较的基础上 ,对我国如何完善反垄断法律体系问题做了初浅的探讨 .
The article deals with improv ing the anti monopolistic law system of our state based on analyzing the monopo lization nature in transnational incorporation and comparing our anti monopolis tic laws with foreign ones.
