摘要
CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道板是目前我国高速铁路的主要轨道结构型式之一,已成功应用于多条高速铁路。高速铁路应用无砟轨道精调技术,实现了线路高精度的定位,保证了轨道在竖向、横向、纵向的高平顺性。本文结合宁杭高铁CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道板精调实践,全面系统分析了影响高速铁路CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道板精调的相关因素,并提出具体对策措施,证明了无砟轨道精调技术在高速铁路中的应用价值,为类似工程积累了经验。
The CRTS Ⅱballastless track plate is currently one of the main track structure types for Chinese high-speed railways and has been successfully applied to a number of high-speed railways.The precise adjustment technology of ballastless track on high-speed railways can achieve highly accurate positioning and great smoothness in the vertical,horizontal and longitudinal directions for the tracks.Based on the precise adjustment practice of the CRTS Ⅱballastless track plate on Nanjing-Hangzhou high-speed railway,this paper comprehensively and systematically analyzes the influencing factors of precise adjustment for CRTS Ⅱballastless track plate on high-speed railways,puts forward some specific countermeasures to demonstrate the applicable value of the ballastless tracks precise adjustment technology on high-speed railway,and accumulates experiences for similar projects.
