成人教育的发展对策初探

Preliminary Study on the Development Countermeasures of Adult Education

成人教育是我国教育的一种重要形式，关系到我国在职劳动者素质的持续提高，是提升我国国家竞争力的重要途径．我国的成人教育在改革开放后获得了长足发展．但近几年我国在成人教育方面遇到了生源减少、教育水平不高、教育监管不力等一系列问题．就产生这些问题的原因进行分析，并提出成人教育健康发展的一些对策．

Adult education is an important form of education in our country. It concerns the continuously improvement of the quality of workers, and is the important way to enhance our national competitiveness. Adult education in China after reform has achieved great development. But in recent years, adult education in China has also encountered many prob- lems such as the student source is decreasing, education level is not high, education supervision is lack of. The author analyzes the reasons that caused these problems, and points out some countermeasures to healthily develop adult education.
