简述信用证独立原则 ,对贸易实践中使用该原则时遇到的信用让与合同不符等问题和欺诈例外案例进行了分析论证 .
The paper discusses simply th e principle of letter of credits independence,analyses and demonstrates the pr o blem we often come across and the case of swindle excaption in using this princi ple in practice of trade.
