摘要
对易普森多用炉匹配原料气进行了分析研究,确定原料气供给波动是最终导致产品渗碳结果波动甚至出现不合格的主要原因。利用要因鱼骨图分析并调整甲醇与氮气送入量比例,有效降低了该炉渗碳层深度波动极差,效果良好。
The raw gas of Ipsen batch furnaces was analyzed, and determined the fluctuation of raw gas supply was the ultimate cause of carburizing results fluctuations or even noncompliance. We analyzed and adjusted the proportion of methanol and nitrogen by fishbone diagram tions range of carburizing layer depth in the furnace and got the good , which reduced effectively fluctua- effect.
