摘要
离子液体是一种新型的环保型液体,具有独特的物理、化学性质。本文在介绍离子液体的发展历史、特点;以及在金属电沉积中特殊优势的基础上,综述我们在离子液体电沉积应用于不锈钢表面阻氚涂层、钢铁表面韧性FeAl合金渗层以及稀土永磁材料NdFeB的耐蚀抗磨涂层制备方面的研究结果。
Ionic liquids are a new type of environment-friendly liquid with unique physical and chemical properties. This paper reviews the results of our research on electrodeposition in ionic liquid for preparation of tritium permeation barrier on stainless steel substrate, FeA1 alloy aluminized layer on steel substrate and coatings with high hardness and corrosion resistanceon NdFeB permanent magnet based on description of the development process and characteristics of ionic liquids, as well as the distinct advantages of electro- deposition in ionic liquids.
