摘要
主要讨论了触摸屏增设曲线输出功能在热处理炉中的应用研究,在提出炉温控制方案的基础上,对曲线输出功能控制系统进行了硬件设计和温度控制程序的设计。本文以T10钢零件进行等温球化退火工艺为例,介绍了曲线输出功能控制系统的具体应用。
The application of touch screen with curve output functions in heat treatment furnace was mainly discussed. Based on the furnace temperature control scheme proposed, the hardware and temperature con- trol program were designed on curve output function of control system. In this paper, with TIO steel parts for isothermal spheroidizing annealing process as an example, the concrete application of the output curve function of control system was introduced.
