Study of Properties of Cu-Mn-Ni Based Brazing Material

摘要 在Cu-Mn-Ni体系中添加微量元素,制备了合金配置成分为34Cu-16Mn-44Ni-4B-2Si的合金,介绍了制备此钎焊料的设计和制备方法。XRD,DSC分析表明,合金在在550℃左右有一个放热峰,合金粘接强度达到386MPa左右,约为母材强度的60%。 The alloy of 34Cu-16Mn-44Ni-4B-2Si was prepared by adding small amounts of trace elements in Cu-Mn-Ni system.The design and preparation of the brazing material were introduced.The XRD and DSC analysis result showed that there is an exothermic peak at the temperature of 550℃,the adhesive strength of the alloy reaches to 386MPa which is approximately 60% of the base metal strength.
