群体心理对个体而言,有着十分重要的影响作用。大学生这个年轻而又特殊的群体,由于他们心理敏感、不稳定,极易受到同伴的影响,表现出较为复杂的心态。为此,教育工作者要加以重视,灵活运用群体心理加强对大学生的思想品德教育工作。

Group psychology has a very important influence on individuals. Young students are easily affected by their peers because of their unstable mind. Educators should attach importance to the complexity of young students and strengthen the ideological and moral education by group psychology.
