以无功管理为核心的电网综合节能改造

摘要 在电网运行中,因大量非线性负载的投运,它们除要消耗有功功率外,还要消耗一定的无功功率。当线路或变压器输送的有功功率和电压不变时,功率因数越低,电网所需无功就越多,线损就越大[1]。此外,无功功率不足,将引起电网电压下降,而无功过剩将引起电网电压偏高。因此无功功率平衡是维持及保证电网电压质量的基础,开展电网综合节能改造工作,能够大幅改善城乡电网线损率和电压合格率水平,提高电网效益。同时,可进一步提升优质服务水平,增加客户满意度。 For the wide use of non-linear loads in the power system,not only active power, but also the reactive power is consumed.While the active power and voltage transmitted by transmission line or transformer is constant ,the lower the power factor,the greater the line loss and the more reactive power required by power system.In addition,the inadequacy of reactive power will cause voltage reduction in the power system ,while the excessive of reactive power will lead to the high voltage.Therefore, to maintain the reactive power balance,is a basis to ensure the quality of the grid voltage.Carry out the power grid synthetically energy-saving reconstruction work will significantly improve the level of line loss rate and voltage qualification grid?benefit.Meanwhile, carry out this work can also enhance the level of quality service satisfaction. rate, as well as power and increase customer
