摘要
笔者结合电网运行实际中电容器组开关频繁动作,经常发生"控制回路断线"、开关跳合闸线圈烧毁,影响着电网安全稳定运行的现象,针对如何尽可能减少电容器组开关动作次数的问题,从做好电网运行数据基础分析入手,通过加强电网运行监控、跟踪大用户生产、适时完善修订AVC控制策略、及时制定执行电容器组开关AVC控制方案等方面探索了电网AVC运行精益化管理的新途径,并提出了建议。
The author combined with the actual power grid operation of capacitor group switch frequently, and control circuit disconnection, switch tripping closing coil burning often happened, which was affecting the safe and stable operation of power grids. Aiming at how to minimize capacitor set switching frequency, starting with analysis of the grid operating data, monitoring, tracking, and timely revised AVC control strategy, implementation of capacitor group switch AVC control scheme, etc, to explore new ways to power grid AVC operation management, and put forward some suggestions.
