摘要
为改善新建260t/h煤粉炉出现的送粉管道着火烧损、燃烧偏斜、炉膛结焦、水冷壁爆管等问题,通过缩小送粉管道直径、一次风管应用插板式单芯可调缩孔技术,并对改造前后锅炉运行状况、空气动力场进行了试验测试和评价。改造结果表明,保证一次风速在设计范围,使用可调缩孔技术调平炉膛内配风工况,可有效避免以上各种问题的重复发生,保障锅炉安全、经济、稳定运行。
In order to improve the 260t/h coal-fired boiler which officially put into operation,frequently fire burning,burning boiler send powder pipe skewness, coking chamber of a stove or furnace,water wall tube, etc. Through the feeding pipe diameter, a duct narrow application plate adjustable single core pipe technology, and the modified air dynamic field test and evaluation,reconstruction results show that ensure a range of wind speed in the design,use the adjustable leveling air distribution conditions in the hearth,shrinkage cavity technology can effectively avoid repeated over a range of issues, to ensure the safety of boiler, economic and stable operation.
