摘要
通过对山西省电力公司在职从事线路专业人员的调研分析,并结合现场需求摸索出一套适合线路专业人员层次需要的培训模式,首次将ISO10015国际培训标准做为培训体系研究的理论依据,使得培训体系的设计更具有科学性、规范性。同时依靠计算机仿真技术建立起一套科学的考核体系,解决了线路专业实践性强考核标准无法统一的难题。
The staff working on transmission line in Shanxi Electric Power Company was investigated,and a training mode for these people based on actual requirements at worksite was explored as well.It was the first time that the international training standard ISO10015 being used for training system research as theory basis, which supplied a more scientific and standard the design process for this system.A scientific evaluation system was also built based on computer simulation technology,which solved the problem that a uniform evaluation standard was hard to develop in transmission line major due to its high practical level.
