Facing the increasingly cut-throat competition from the outside and uncertainty business environment, enterprises nowadays will achieve new development opportunities and encounter severe challenges.Many of them introduce Performance Evaluation System in order to enhance core competition.But it hasn＇t attained the desired effect.This paper will investigate and analyze many typical problems in performance management and propose some operable key measures for it.It is significant for the efficiency of performance evaluation in modern companies.
