摘要
对现今的企业来讲,面对日益激烈的外部竞争和不确定性的经营环境,既面临着发展机遇又要面对严峻挑战。为了增强企业的核心竞争力,许多企业引入了绩效管理,但并未达到预期效果。本文针对一些企业在绩效管理中存在的典型问题深入分析,并提出了深化绩效管理的关键措施,对现今企业绩效管理具有重要的借鉴意义。
Facing the increasingly cut-throat competition from the outside and uncertainty business environment, enterprises nowadays will achieve new development opportunities and encounter severe challenges.Many of them introduce Performance Evaluation System in order to enhance core competition.But it hasn't attained the desired effect.This paper will investigate and analyze many typical problems in performance management and propose some operable key measures for it.It is significant for the efficiency of performance evaluation in modern companies.
