首参颗粒对颈动脉硬化患者端粒及端粒酶的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Shoushen Granule on Telomere,Telomerase in Patients with Carotid Atherosclerosis

摘要 目的:观察补肾中药复方首参颗粒对颈动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)患者外周血端粒、端粒酶的影响,初步探讨其作用机制。方法:选取156例颈动脉粥样硬化患者,随机分为治疗组83例和对照组73例,对照组口服普伐他汀,治疗组服用首参颗粒,疗程均为6个月。于治疗前后分别采用实时荧光定量PCR(Real-Time Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction,RQ PCR)方法检测外周血端粒、端粒酶的变化。结果:中药组治疗6月后端粒长度同治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),西药组治疗6月后端粒长度同治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),中药组和西药组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗6个月后端粒酶活性均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),中药组和西药组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:调控颈动脉粥样硬化患者外周血端粒长度及端粒酶活性可能是补肾中药复方首参颗粒有效作用机制之一。 To investigate the effect of Invigorating kidney herbal compound Shoushen Granule on peripheral blood telomere, telomerase in patients with carotid atherosclerosis (AS). Methods: 156 patients with carotid atheroselerosis, 83 cases were ran- domly assigned into treatment group, 73 eases were assigned into controlled group, the controlled group was treated with Pravas- tatin Sodium Tablets, the treatment group was treated with Shoushen Granule, the treatment lasted 6 months. Before and after treatment, Real-Time Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (RQ PCR) was used to detect the peripheral blood of telomere and telomerase ehanges. Results : After 6 months treatment, there were significant differences of telomere length between before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine group ( P 〈0. 01 ), there were siguifieant differenees of telomere length be- tween before and after treatment of western medicine group ( P 〈0.05 ), there was no significant difference between Chinese medieine group and western medicine group ( P 〉0. 05 ). Telomerase activity was improved after treatment than before treatment in both groups ( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: The regulation of peripheral telomere length and telomerase activity in patients with ea- retid atheroselerosis may be one of the mechanisms of Invigorating kidney herbal compound Shoushen Granule.
