自拟理气活血温经汤内服外敷治疗原发性痛经80例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Self-made Liqi Huoxue Wenjing Decoction on Treating 80 Cases of Idiopathic Menstrual Colic with Internal and External Medication

目的:观察自拟理气活血温经汤内服外敷治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:设立治疗组和对照组。治疗组予以自拟理气活血温经汤加减内服,中药渣热敷下腹部治疗;对照组予以元胡止痛片、月月舒痛经宝颗粒治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率70%,两组疗效差异有显著意义(P<0.05);治疗组治愈率62.5%,对照组治愈率20%,两组治愈率比较有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟理气活血温经汤内服外敷治疗原发性痛经疗效确切,无毒副反应,是治疗该病的有效方法之一。

To observe the effect of Self-made Liqi Huoxue Wenjing Decoction in the treatment of idiopathic menstrual colic with internal and external medication. Methods： To build up treatment group and controlled group. Giving Self-made Liqi Huox- ue Wenjing Decoction to the treatment group, using Chinese medicine residue to hot compress abdomen, and Yuanhu Zhitong Tablets, Month Dysmenorrheal Po Shu Particles to the controlled group. Results： The efficiency of the treatment group was 95% , and the controlled group was 70%. The differences could be of a considerable significance （P 〈0. 05）. And comparing with cure rate, the treatment group was 62.5% , the controlled group was 20%. It also showed a very importance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Self-made Liqi Huoxue Wenjing Decoction treats idiopathic menstrual colic with internal and external medica- tion is effective with no side effect. It is an effective method to treat idiopathic menstrual colic.
