雷达相控单元故障检测系统的设计与实现 被引量:7

摘要 针对某雷达相控单元手动检测效率低等问题,提出了相控单元故障检测系统的硬件解决方案;采用DSP+CPLD的结构实现相控单元的工作时序及脉冲宽度检测、以W5300为网络通信控制器实现与上位机的通信,然后进行了故障检测的详细设计,最后进行了与手动检测结果的比较。检测结果表明,该系统大大提高了雷达故障检测的效率,该系统满足预期要求,工作稳定可靠。 Aiming at the low efficiency problem of radar on phased unit manual detection,a design scheme of the phased unit fault detection system is proposed.The system hardware solution was structured by using DSP and CPLD to achieve the phase control unit detects timing and pulse width.In order to communication with the host computer by using the network communication controller W5300,and then carried out the detailed design of fault detection,finally a comparison of the results with manual testing.Test results show that the system greatly improves the efficiency of fault detection radar.The system meets the expected results is works stably and reliably.
