摘要
通过傅氏反应合成了单烯丙基三苯胺化合物,对该化合物进行了紫外光谱和红外光谱的分析,以及以此化合物为传输材料、酞菁为产生材料制备了光导器件,测量了该光电器件的光电性质,显示出良好的光电性能(E_(1/2)=1.01x.s)。
o-Allyl-triphenylamine was synthesized. The UV and IR Spectra of the compound were measured. The photoconducting device was prepared by using the compound as charge-transfer material and TiOPc as charge-generation material. The photoconducting property of the device shows that the compound is a good charge-transfer material(E1/2 = l.0 lx. s).
